  6. Intellectual Properties Stating the bloody obvious ... • Clarity with respect to agreements • Win-Win • Confidentiality in practice = ? • Plan projects to allow for publications - from the start Create an open atmosphere to promote knowledge sharing!

  7. Industrial in kind contributions • Industrially relevant targets • Raw material samples, access to instruments • Characterization of substances • Evaluation/testing of products • Training of researchers at industries
