  9. Strategy Proposal – 4 key elements Develop an Improvement methodology (Journey) Launch a 3-step education pathway (Understanding, Delivery and Leading) for all staff to gain knowledge. Form, train and support co-horts of 50 Improvement Coaches each year, to become focal points for supporting improvement activity in each organisation. We will continue to deliver engagement and learning events under the academy ‘umbrella’ to support the education pathway.
