  12. No, learning can be fun.

  13. Are these tools already here and available?

  14. No. That's what Nevada’s Working Capital wants to help provide in downtown Carson City.

  15. Today: nearly 6 acres of underused parking in the center heart of downtown.

  16. Tomorrow: the downtown heart is Nevada’s working capital city.
