  3. F#7 C# 7 E sus (Bm7/E) 1 1 1 1 1 1 2 2 2 3 4 3 0 0 0 X X E sus D/F# Bm7 3 1 2 1 2 3 2 3 4 0 X 0 0 0 0 0 F#7 and C#m Very much like an F chord but no barre and up 1 fret with the 1st string open! Similar to the C7 Chord but up 1 frets.

  4. F#7 C#m E sus (Bm7/E) 1 1 1 1 1 2 2 3 1 2 3 4 0 0 0 X X E sus D/F# Bm7 3 1 2 1 2 3 2 3 4 0 X 0 0 0 0 0 You can also use your thumb on the 6th string 2nd fret. This is A D Chord with an F# as a bass note

  7. Can play E or E/B bass – either will work.

  8. Once the chords are learned • Start with the right hand playing a bass pluck type of pattern. • Once you can do that add in the turns and bass runs (will be covered later).
