  9. 本月份蛋糕材料明細 A、材料： 1.蛋30 g 2.砂糖10 g 3.中粉10g 4.泡打1匙 5.SP 3g 6.奶水10g 7.沙拉油10g 8.安油10g 9.蜂蜜10g 10.抹茶粉2g B、材料： 1.紅豆粒500公克 2.長春鮮奶油1kg C、麻薯500公克 D、作法： 一、先將A打成抹茶蛋糕分二板（A-1、A-2） 二、將B打成紅豆鮮奶油 三、將A-1抹上二再放上C，再將A-2夾上置放冷藏即 可
