Inter-Library Loan and Document Delivery • Journal articles delivered electronically • Book requests and dissertations from other libraries • Request copies of journal articles or a book chapters owned by UA library be digitally sent to your email account • Request a book the library owns be sent to your campus address. Note – there is a fee for this service • Use the same ILL form for all of these requests

  9. Electronic Reserves and Document Delivery • Journal articles will either be scanned or copied from electronic resources and available via a link (electronic syllabi) • Online form used to request materials for reserves • Instructors do not have to bring their own copies for digitization

Special Tools • Electronic full text sources – journal articles, books, newspaper articles, dissertations and more • RefWorks – web-based bibliographic software to store citations and format bibliographies • EndNote Web (bibliographic software) provided through Web of Knowledge library database

  11. Main Library Information Commons • Computers with access to Library’s catalog, the Internet, & software packages • Reference desk • Electronic indexes such as PsycInfo and MedLine • Small print reference collection • Printers & photocopy machines
