  3. Mrs. N. B., 24 years old Chief complaint Metrorrhagia Profuse bleeding and multiple clots Pain in the Right iliac region+2 The thirst was decreased along with dryness of mouth

  4. 31/8/99 USG showed Anteverted uterus Endometrium thick 12mm Right ovarian cyst sized 4.0 cms X 4.4 cms

  5. Sensitive Weeps easily +3 Consolation aggravates After the marriage feels very lonely and homesick Negative thoughts +++

  6. Desire for company Feels nobody is there to give her company Gets afraid very easily Broods a lot about what has been happening since last 2 years

  7. Gets angry and impatient over petty things Anxiety with palpitations Worried as she was unable to conceive after 4 years of marriage due to the ovarian cyst, closed internal O.S. & thickened endometrium (7.9cm)
