  41. Sign Up Sheet • Each individual person fills out a sign up sheet along with the deposit. Deposit • A deposit of $500 is necessary to hold bookings.

  43. Single Supplement • If you want a single room you will need to pay the single supplement rate. • If you do not have a roommate, you will still be required to pay a single supplement SINGLE SUPPLEMENT FOR CRUISE IS $900 SINGLE SUPPLEMENT FOR ROME IS $350

  44. Passports • Every person must have a valid passport to enter Israel and all other foreign countries. • You are responsible to have an up-to-date passport well before departure. Must be valid for 6 months following return • Please apply now and allow a minimum of six weeks to get one.

  45. Visas - Shots There are no visas required for US citizens. For the shore excursions in Turkey, you are considered an in-transit cruise passenger. No special shots are required.
