  1. Cirque Du Freak By: Darren Shan By: Erik Freiberg

  2. Event #1 • Steve has two tickets to the Cirque Du Freak. He rips up pieces of paper the size of the tickets. Steve throws the paper and the ticket up in the air, Darren reaches out blindly and grabs the ticket. Steve and Darren go to the show the next night.

  3. Event #2 • Steve and Darren set out the next night. They go to the theater and find no cars parked out in front. They go in anyways. Steve and Darren both get lost in the theater. Then this tall man comes right behind them and shows them to the theater. They sit down and watch the whole show.

  4. Event #3 • At the show the last act is this weird pale guy with a spider. Darren falls in love with spider. The next day Darren sneaks into the theater and steals the spider. He leaves a note saying don’t follow him or he will kill him. The next week Darren plays with the spider and learns new tricks with it.

  5. Event #4 • That Friday Steve comes over. Darren shows Steve the spider. He makes it crawl up on Steve. When Annie, (Darren’s sister) comes in and screams. The spider bites Steve, and Steve gets paralyzed from the venom. They take Steve to the hospital and they don’t know what to do. The pale guy comes back and tells Darren the only way for Steve to live is for Darren to become a vampire.
