  7. Eligibility • Must be in possession of a Letter of Guarantee (LOG), written on original letterhead of the shipping company. A supplement can be a Seaman’s book, but this is not acknowledged or permitted as sole documentation. • Travelling to or from a vessel of over 100 tonnes • Anyone employed to work on a vessel, who signs articles and is added to the ships manifest • Wives, husbands and children travelling with spouse • Engineers and Contractors who are to carry out work on a vessel whether in dock or at sea • Persons engaged in the repositioning of semi-submersible or drilling rigs that are not being towed but can be manoeuvred under their own power
