  3. History of European Feeling At first the EU was made to make an end at the wars between Neighbour Countries.The politicians signed a treaty. Nowadays 27 countries cooperate with each other to make a better world, starting in Europe. The laws, finances, policy and far, far more subjects are in the hands of the EU. A lot of that particular countries paying with the same money: The Euro. This all started at the end of World War 2nd. Lets hope this was the last war between countries.

  10. The Euro The most persons know Europe has got a new sort of money: The Euro. Most European countries pay with this new kind of money. It is far more handy, because you wont have to change your money into other money, when you go on holiday for instance. €

  11. The official sign for Euro is: € Everybody understands better if the ammount is in the same sign. You can pay with the Euro since: 2002. The countries that pay with the Euro are: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany,Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia and of course Spain.

  12. Then and now Europe has changed a lot in a couple of years. We all know that the World War changed a lot on the map. We are going to show you now what Europe looked like a few years ago, and what it looks like now.

  14. As you can see Italy was still neutral in that part of the war. A lot of coutries were. At this point there was not much left of the European feeling. Europe was a dangerous place at that time, where you couldn’t be sure of a future.

  16. All the countries are equal to each other. The European feeling is back. There aren’t any wars anymore, so you can feel safe now. There aren’t any political problems anymore, so Europe is now One. Can you feel it? The European feeling?

  20. Our Opinions: Vivian: Ilike the European feeling. If you go to another country you are accepted and welcomed. Paying with the same money is very handy. But I also would like to change money. That you can pass the border is also very helpful. You don’t have to show you’re passport. I like to go to different countries, every country is different.

  21. Our opinion: Eline: I really like the way it is. Everyone’s the same. Everywhere you go, your always welcome. People are interested in where you come from. Your religion. Everywhere, in every country, you have so many cultures, I like that. Everywhere’s home. I like the European feeling the way it is now.
