  5. Insomnia • Inability to fall asleep • Affects 10% of population • Increases during periods of anxiety/tension • “Racing Minds”

  6. Narcolepsy • Suffer from sleeplessness • Fall asleep at any time • Directly into REM sleep • Less than .001% of the pop. • Possible genetic disorder
