EX - TRUCK WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL EXTRUCK SALESMAN AR PERSONNEL TIME ENCODER Submits the DSMR and SRF To the AR Personnel for approval 07:00 am to 07:30 am START If approved Reviews inventory cap & AR cap Receive the approved SRF &Generate pick list Picking preparation 01:00 pm to 03:00 pm If disapproved SWF Printing Inform the salesman and his supervisor 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm Check and receives The stocks Check and release the stocks END DSMR – Daily Sales Monitoring Report SRF – Stocks Requisition Form SWF – Stocks Withdrawal Form jojobejo@gmail.com

BOWER WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL AR PERSONNEL ENCODER CASHIER BOW START Review the SRF & forward to the encoder for Pick list generation Encode all orders And Pick list printing: 1copy to AR personnel For discounting, 1copy to warehouse Personnel for Picking. Fill up and submit the SRF to AR personnel for approval Picking preparation Reviews & inputs the proper discounting. Invoice printing Get the invoice and Pay to the cashier Receive payment And issue O.R Check stocks And release Check and receive Stocks from the Warehouse personnel END jojobejo@gmail.com
