Voice Security Recorder • Plug ‘n Play • No external power needed • Set to Record EVERY call or on-demand • Can Restrict each user’s ability to Stop, Pause, Delete or Export Recordings • GUI for Playing, Recording, Options and File Management with one-touch E-Mail or export options • Save recording as compressed .WAV file (168 hours per Gb) • Save onto a Network Drive for centralized file management

Voice Security Recorder • Caller ID as part of Call Record • Search by: • Agent PC Log-in ID • Time/Date • Caller ID, Number Dialed • Key-words in notes • Optional Post-Call Screen Pop reminds agent to enter important notes, transaction number etc and if desired manage archive real-time (note: ability to erase call can be removed on per seat basis)
