  2. ABOUT US • Delhi Maritime Academy was setup with a mission to prepare efficient resources for the shipping industry. It has a world class infrastructure that enables the student taking admission to have the right exposure required for the shipping industry and is the merchant navy institute in Delhi.

  3. OUR COURSES • Diploma Nautical Science • B.SC Nautical Science course • B.TechMarine Engineering • GP Rating

  4. DIPLOMA NAUTICAL SCIENCE • Diploma in Nautical Science is a full time 1 Years residential course. It is approved by the DG of Shipping, Mumbai which falls under Govt. of India. It is divided into 2 semesters. There are many options for taking up diploma in nautical science colleges. • This course is focused on fundamentals in mathematics, information technology, physics and basic nautical knowledge in the first year of the course.

  5. B.SC NAUTICAL SCIENCE COURSE • B.SC Nautical Science course is a full time 3 Years residential course. It is approved by the DG of Shipping, Mumbai which falls under Govt. of India. • The course is divided into 6 semesters, each lasting 6 months. Once the candidates complete the course, they are required to undergo one year long sea service

  6. B.TECH MARINE ENGINEERING • A Marine Engineer is responsible for maintaining the complex machineries housed by a contemporary ship. • Graduates with B.Tech Marine Engineering stand chances of making a variety of career options and jobs in marine facilities, warehousing and logistics sector, shipping industry, shipyards, marine engineering service etc.

  7. GP RATING • The cadets undergoing GP rating course are made to go through a Pre Sea Training program, post which he or she join as a Rating in the shipping companies and serve as an Engine or Deck Crew.
