    1. The Maverick IP Sensor Standard There is only one established open protocol – The Web Browser Maverick IP Sensor Appliance Standard means out of the box onto the Web

    2. The Maverick IP Sensor Appliance Incorporates Web Server to analog and digital inputs and relay outputs Power with any 24 VAC transformer Plug into a hub/router Launch any Web Browser

    3. The Maverick IP Sensor Appliance No custom software to load No discovery routines No custom cables No training Punch in the default IP and connect

    4. Features of the IP Sensor Appliance Embedded lean TCP-IP stack – HTTP, SMTO, DHCP, DNS, FTP, and ARP 2048 samples data logging on each input Each input has programmable interval from 1 sec. To 99 hours Data logged in CSV files Imported into Note Pad, Excel, Word, or and other CSV app. Logged data can viewed as graph with adjustable X and Y scales

    5. Features of the IP Sensor Appliance Embedded XML formatted input and output data Programmable email alerts on all inputs and to two email addresses Option to attach logged data CSV file to the email alert Lowest cost HTML and XML node for enterprise systems Power cycle email alert DHCP IP change email alert Real time clock with SuperCap 10-day power back up

    6. Features of the IP Sensor Appliance Browser initiated remote manual control on all outputs Time-of-day based output control Sensor input based setpoint control with adjustable deadband Serves up static web pages with dynamic data updates every second or two Uses the intuitive and familiar navigation of the browser to configure & operate the IP sensor appliance

    7. The Maverick IP Sensor Appliance Two Maverick Versions available Maverick 8.0 (8 inputs) Maverick 4.4 (4 inputs, 4 outputs) Digital, 0-5/0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA inputs Output relays rated @ 5 amp 250 VAC

    8. Sub-Metering Appliance October, 2008 Metering Maverick accumulates pulses from electric, gas, water, or steam meters Displays hourly, daily, monthly accumulated totals Sends email alerts if demand or consumption exceeds thresholds
