Limitations • Group travel must still be completed on paper request. • Deans, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior Vice President travel reimbursement requests should continue to be processed via paper for the time being. • Multiple accounts with different approval paths cannot be used on the same request

  4. Scanned and attached as digital attachment. Please refer to E Travel System handout. **Please convert image to a PDF document before attaching.** If capability does not exist to scan and attach supporting documentation, it can be faxed to (706) 542-6925. **Please remember not to fax more than one check request together. They should be faxed as separate faxes. Supporting Documentation
