  2. TES Transnational Entrepreneurial Spirit Grundtvig Learning Partnership Training Education Skills

  3. The Department of Adult Education from our school combines both professional courses and short term training courses. While the first offer students a professional qualification (level III), the latter are particularly important whether adult trainees want to invest in new subject areas or need to refresh some of the knowledge they have previously acquired regarding their professional activity.

  4. There is a wide range of areas covered by these courses, which can go from ICT to foreign languages, or from environment to civil construction work and safety in the workplace, to mention just a few.

  5. But despite the difference in type and length, they all serve two common purposes: •  To make students understand that learning is a process that must be carried out throughout our whole life; • To give trainees the necessary tools to face the competitive labour market needs.

  6. Entrepreneurial skills Entrepreneurial spirit Important to achieve success - Easier to suit the market needs ; - Easier to find a job that can give them a certain sense of fulfilment.

  7. Following the Entrepreneurial Spirit, our students have learnt: • how to write an application / motivation letter; • how to compose a proper Curriculum Vitae (Europass); • how to fill in different types of licenses and forms, most of which related to the area of their course.

  8. Anxious to test their recently achieved Entrepreneurial Skills, they have also: • Discussed themes such as... • deontology in the workplace; • the importance of teamwork: • motivation; • multiculturalism; • prejudices. They have also developed a work where they were supposed to create their own enterprise, at the same time they had to reflect on the importance of motivational factors. Finally, at the same time they had to imagine everything they needed for their company, some groups have also developed a business plan, considering all the expenses they might have and the growth of the company for a year.
