PennDOT Egrants • Egrants Procurement • Negotiations completed 4th qtr 2006 • Contract awarded to AGATE Software • Contract amount $1.3 Million • Integration of 24 Grant Programs across 5 functional areas • Interfaces to Commonwealth’s Financial Management ERP system • Legacy Data Conversion • Includes $300K Time & Material component for optional configurations, interfaces, etc. • Egrants Project Activity • Kickoff Meeting held 1/4/2007 • Onsite work activities with PennDOT bureaus to begin 1/22/2007 • Packaged deliverables following grant administration lifecycle approach • Commonwealth Activities • Work with the Enterprise Program to identify and develop Commonwealth Grants Policy • Management reporting requirements
