  1. Principles of N2-PSA N2-PSA is a nitrogen gas generator with the specially designed adsorbent. This adsorbent is called Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS) having a micro pore in its surface and adsorb O2, CO2 and H2O molecular into such hall selectively under a certain pressure. After adsorption process, adsorbent is regenerated by depressurizing. N2-PSA can produce the nitrogen gas continuously by repeating above adsorption and regeneration. For your reference PSA stands for Pressure Swing Adsorption. Adsorption volume by time

  4. Features of N2-PSA 1. On-site N2 generation provides low cost N2 gas compared with the compressed nitrogen in a cylinder or liquefied bulk gas delivered by a lorry. 2. Simple mechanism and non-cryogenic system enable the unattended / continuous operation and low maintenance cost. 3. Adsorbent is unnecessary to replace unless compressed air includes harmful material. 4. Start-up time is much less than cryogenic system.

  5. Features of KURASEP 1. Lowest-cost N2 #Highest performance of adsorbent (CMS)such as larger O2 adsorption volume, superior selectivity of N2 and O2, shorter speed of adsorption and regeneration provide smaller adsorption column and less air required (small compressor). #KURASEP has designed so as to maximize the CMS’s features utilizing the position of the producer of both CMS and N2-PSA. 2. Flexibility #KURASEP can be designed responding with customer’s desirable purity and volume. #Turn-down operation is applicable to match customer’s demand. #O2 impurity can be minimized up to 1ppm with a purifier. 3. Reliability #More than 1000 unit has operated in the world since the first unit started operation in 1980. Lowest initial& operation cost
