  4. Consciously (adv) • With awareness of one’s actions • Consciousness (n); conscious (adj) • We unconsciously breath in and out.

  5. Degrade (v) • To reduce in value or strength • Degradation (n); degradable (adj) • Newspapers are biodegradable.

  6. Gap (n) • Opening; a big difference in amount or quality • There was a large gap in the ability of the students to speak Chinese.

  7. Indisputable (adj) • Beyond doubt; unquestionable • Indisputably • The results of the research were indisputable.
