  4. Shotover Brewery • Established as a viable enterprise – has exceed financial forecasts submitted with the application. • Flexibility is a USP. • Proud of its local provenance, and its low environmental impact.

  5. Increased value due to maintained quality of crop Efficiency savings Improved staff time management Rectory Farm

  6. Lily’s Farm Shop & Tea Room • Vibrant café • Visitors predominantly local, tourists too • Other sources of income/ private hire, crockery hire • Café key to the income. produce an aside

  7. Oxford Wood Recycling Kindling & firewood now in production, ahead of winter months. Branding & packing developed. Staff changes – turnover up 15% over the last 4 months. Capacity from new vehicles – only supplier that can provide on board weighing.

  8. Fox & Hounds Uffington • Applicant has had to wait for quality accreditation – 4 stars • Not sure how proactive the marketing is? • But should shortly be on visit Oxfordshire website, in contact with local tourist offices.

  9. Pennyhooks Craft Barn • To be used by students from Sept • 2nd phase NE funding 80%, build from April? • Educational benefits, allows students to develop. • ‘thinks she can do, so can do it’. • NFU magazine article.
