To examine where the Black originated, and how it spread across Europe

To understand the different types of Plague – their symptoms, outcome etc.

  • The Black Death arrived in England in the summer of 1348. It was to spread fear and death across the kingdom.

  • Where had it come from? What were the symptoms of this disease?

  • Watch the video clip, and gather information for you to complete the boxes on your hand out.
