  1. CRYO LUNG BIOPSY

  2. Multi centre prospective study conducted at 9 centres in Australia • 65 patients recruited • High level of agreement in diagnosis between cryo and SLB for pathological interpretation and multi-disciplinary discussion

  3. 41 Y F • Cough and shortness of breath since 5 years • CTD history – none • F/C Hypothyroidism • Teacher • Pigeon exposure since 6 years • History of COVID 10 months back

  4. Spirometry • FEV1/FVC – 87.3 • FVC – 45% 6MWT SPO2 – 94% to 64% 320m

  5. ANA – 1:160 • Anti CCP – negative • Anti Ds DNA – positive
