  3. Tamponade for 3-5 min • InjTrenexa/ Botropase • Cold saline • Adrenaline After removing balloon

  4. Low power High power Interstitium markedly widened with dense cellular infiltrates of lymphocytes and well defined epitheloid cells

  5. 52/F • k/c/o BA • dry cough and shortness of breath since 3.5 years • recently diagnosed hypothyroidism • No history of exposures to pigeons • No history suggestive of joint pains or other CTD’s • ANA, RF and Anti CCP - negative

  6. Usha • The alveoli show uniform, temporally homogeneous interstitial infiltrate of lymphocytes and diffuse loose fibrosis and focal aggregates of haemosiderinphages • There are no epithelioid granulomas or any other pathology seen. • Impression-Morphology is compatible with cellular NSIP
