  4. 5.City Hall of Loures as a strategic partner: • - SME selections and companies requirements: From Loures territory with (some) Social Responsibility practices and with willingness to receive the facilitators team ("open-door policy") • - Testing team from C. H. Loures: Coordination by the Council responsible for the socio-economic area and her team • - Implementation: 1st meeting with the Council, Local Presidents and CECOA Director • 2nd meeting / workshop with all SME, DAE and CECOA 3rd meeting / 1st Workshop in each SME (main representative) • 4th Meeting / 2nd Workshop in each SME (operational team) 5th Meeting / 3rd Workshop in each SME (action plans)

  7. SME is promoting socially responsible activities “Learn fast to grow” and “Equal work for equal payment”

  8. Eurostand is working in field of services in the area of ephemeral constructions.

  9. “Clear strategy of internal and external stakeholders involvement” “Strong investment on improving the qualifications/on the job training at operational level and continuing training at manager and decision makers level“

  10. Gelpeixe represents the food industry.

  11. SME is attaching sufficient attention on wage benefits and workers’ insurance system and long experience in establishment of protocols with associations in order to foster the inclusion and the support to disabled and socio-excluded workers.

  12. Labelec is a company from engineering sector.

  13. It  is supporting employees, having as elements of the package of benefits medical insurance, personal accident insurance, pension plan, holiday camps for children employees. The code of ethics was accepted since 2006.

  14. Monofásica is an electronic services company. 

  15. SME is making many efforts on transference of good SR practices from PT to the new company in Angola. Owner of the company is also supporting internal training improvement and increasing the level of employees’ qualifications.

  16. Nestlé Waters Direct Portugal, S.A. is a food industry company.

  17. SR activities are related with existence of a business code and a code of conduct for suppliers.

Promotion of dissemination activities • 1st week of May 2009 – CSR WEEK; • 1st week of February 2010 - National Forum targeted to Portuguese SME owners, experts and consultants in the field and 1st Ibero – American Forum targeted Portuguese, Brazilians and Spanish experts; • 3rd week of February 2010 - 1st meeting and integration of the Corporate Social Responsibility Portuguese Network with 260 PT entities; • 13 of April 2010 – Participation at the National Convention; • 1st week of May 2010 – CSR WEEK - invitation from the Directorate General of Economic Activities – Economy Ministry – Central Authority; from ISCAL – Portuguese Private University and from City Hall of Loures - Local Authority;

Promotion of dissemination activities • Testing phase results presentation near a Delegation of the Ministry of Education from Turkey: invitation from CCP – Portuguese Social Partner (12th of May 2010); • Testing phase results presentation at ISCAL – Portuguese Private University (SME European Week initiative); • 15 of June 2010 – SOCIALSME National Seminar (1/2 day); • 21 of July 2010 – Project presentation at the“Seminário Cidadania e Responsabilidade Social”;
