  2. Choose a Suitable Graph • What would be the most appropriate way to display this data, a bar graph or a line graph?

  3. A LINE GRAPH would be the best way to display this data because it shows the relationship between two numerical values!

Select the most appropriate method for each situation: • How the median test score relates to the minimum and maximum scores for a class of data • : Box and Whisker Plot • What fraction of a family’s budget is spent on food • : Circle Graph • Compare the populations of the provinces of Atlantic Canada • : Bar Graph • Show the number of people attending a movie grouped by age intervals • : Histogram
