  5.  To Unlock Thinkingabout her/his POV What do you see or hear …?  When is s/he more likely … ?  When is s/he most engaged? If you wanted to provoke …?  What does s/heunderstand …  activity?  materials?  relationships?

  6.  What is s/he probably  experiencing (sensations) &  feeling (emotions)?  What is s/he trying to assert or accomplish? With ease of communication what would s/he say?
