Current Situation • In 2005 TMSE implemented a Management Accounting and Scorecarding application on top of Oracle Financials: • management information and Key Performance Indicators for Group and Local management • to analyse, monitor and adjust business performance, in quasi real-time, in order to support the Balanced Growth objective! • Hyperion Financial Management was implemented and successfully rolled-out to the group and local companies. • Hyperion Application Link is used as integration tool

We have got it all... • One integrated application covering total business analysis • Actual, Budget and Forecast management reporting, with multidimensional data collection • Balanced score card application • Improved and more efficient management reporting process • Collection of data via upload from transactional systems (Oracle E-business) and Excel • Sets of fixed reports for monthly reporting via Hyperion Reports • Flexible response to changes

Constrains current Needs TMSE Management Accounting • Fully supported software • (Fased) Drill down from reporting level to transaction level with all source systems • Non Financial information • Flexible analysis tools (incorporated dashboard) , less maintenance on reports • Extension security model • Process management • Phased submissions • Anticipate on future IFRS requirements • Stop using Windows clients on local pc • Improve performance A great tool, however we need more analysis via integration with business tools (CRM) (Mr. Velasco, Director Spain)

Linking Toshiba Management Accounting reports to E-Business Suite transactions • FDQM provides a uniform data collection process for all reporting units within TMSE. • This will bring: • Data transformation tool that feeds source-level data (EBS and other tools to Hyperion Financial Management • Allowing for drill-back from Hyperion Financial Management and Reports to Oracle EBS and other sources • Provides an audit trail to source financial data • Ensures the integrity and mapping consistency of source financial data • Enables easy reconciliation of financial data
