  2. What is hip replacement ? Hip replacement is also known for “Arthroplasty ”. A hip replacement is a surgical procedure whereby the diseased cartilage and bone of the hip joint is surgically replaced with artificial

  3. Symptoms of hip osteoarthritis • Your hip aches during and after exercise • Medication and using a cane aren't delivering enough relief • The pain prevents you from sleeping • You have difficulty walking or climbing stairs • Your hip is stiff or swollen
