  3. Parents • Thank you for getting all money and forms in on time! • Thank you for your attendance this evening and supporting this exciting trip! • Thank you for reading through the medication handout and following all directions for bringing them on Monday morning!

  4. MONDAY MORNING Arrive at Medea Creek • On Time is by 6:00 am • Find your group inside the gym. Leave your baggage in front of it. • Check in with parent chaperone.

  5. MONDAY MORNING • Stay with your luggage and in your group until ready to board buses. • Drop off all medications at labeled area by gym. If possible give medication a week prior to the trip to the nurse. • Make sure meds are in plastic bag with instructions and clearly labeled with student name and their camp.

  6. Getting ready to go Completed Medical Form Prescription Medications Packing Wisely

  7. Ribbon Colors Cherry Cove = Purple Beige/brown

  8. Backpack – With I.D Tag and Ribbon Lunch and Water Bottle Inhalers/epi pen Hat and sunscreen Other (Book, Cards, Paper & Pencil)

  9. Duffle Bag and Sleeping Bag Warm clothes and rain gear Dress in Layers Warm Sleeping Bag All Gear Must Have I.D. Tags & Ribbons Appx. 26 inches long by 16 inches wide by 16 inches high

  10. Things to Leave at Home Fashion Attire & Expensive Clothes Anything of Value (Cell phones/electronics) Candy or gum See Packing Guide

  11. Cruising to Catalina Catalina Cruises Boarding the Boat 2 Hour Crossing Avoiding Seasickness Lunch on board prior to arrival at camp

  12. Arriving At Camp Hiking into Camp Tents/Cabins Activities

  13. Student Activities Snorkeling Kayaking Marine Biology

  14. Student Activities Night Snorkel **$5 Fee** Marine Lab Squid Dissection

  15. Student Expectations Safety First Listen Carefully Participate Follow Directions Be On Time

  16. Returning Home Return to Medea Creek Approx. 6:00 PM Parking Jam Help with all gear Check out w/ chaperone
