  3. Issue 1: Technology issue- to increase efficiency Action: Computerised system Every table having a touch screen menu Customers can do their ordering and payment through the touch screen - Using a ez link card reader and credit card payment system

  4. Issue 2: Environmental issue- reduce wastage on packaging • Action: • Using recycled paper bag • Creating our own foldable unique box; customers can enjoy discount by bringing back the box • Electronic transactions; no paper receipts

  5. Issue 3: Social issue- How to differentiate us from the other competitors Action: - Make the café a lifestyle for people - Different theme concept
