BSoft’s Customer Label Printer • Open “Customer Label Printer” • There are three options available to select the appropriate customers: • Customer • Invoice or • Product Purchased But that’s not all !!
BSoft’s Customer Label Printer • The “Customer” option allows you to select: • All customers • A range of customers OR • All Categories • A category of customer • Additional filters available to target more specific customers • Open balance greater than • YTD transactions greater than • No transaction since • Orders older than That’s only the beginning !!
BSoft’s Customer Label Printer • The “Invoice” option allows you to select customers based on: • Today’s invoice activity or • A date range • Once you have selected today’s invoice activity or a specific date range you may deselect any customers whom you do not need a label for There’s still more !!
BSoft’s Customer Label Printer • The “products” option allows you to select customers based on: • Purchase of a specific part • After a specific date • This option is best used to inform target customers of • A new companion product • A recall or • Additional product information
BSoft’s Customer Label Printer • After selecting the appropriate customer base • Select the appropriate printer and • The form • When selecting the form, the label form will pop open • Avery 8160 is the default • Click “Print Labels”
BSoft’s Customer Label Printer Adding and Customizing Labels • From any of the screens, select the “Edit” button next to the Form field • The Report Builder Form Editor will appear • From this screen you can create and customize new labels and save them to use in the Print Customer Labels program
BSoft’s Customer Label Printer • All customer information that is available on BusinessWorks O/E Invoice is available on Customer Label Printer • This works with sheet labels and most dedicated label printers • Label information can also be printed directly onto envelopes Let’s see how it all works together !!
