Improvement of the referral mechanism inter sectoral communication

  • Elaboration of a protocol/procedures for defining responsibilities and collaboration among institutions in the central & local level; (lack of referral procedures)

  • Awareness of school children on reporting mechanisms (Alo116 and Police);
