In India, there is an extensive variety of regional cuisines. Not  all dishes are spicy and rich. Indian food has evolved over the years through  both internal and external influences.  Some of the facts you may not have heard about Indian cuisine are listed  below:    Not all Indian dish is rich, fatty, and spicy:​ If you are passionate about  food, you should know that the Indian dishes incorporate a wide  variety of spices. However, that doesn’t make a particular dish ‘hot’ and  ‘spicy’. Several of the items have a low spice profile. Indian food is also  very popular in the global market.
