  4. ATTENDANCE • *State Law states that a student has 5 days upon returning to school to turn in an excuse in order to receive and excused absence. If a student fails to do so, that absence will be counted as unexcused and grade work can not be made up. • ALL absences (except for school-sponsored trips and homebound students) will be counted and recorded on the student’s report card.

  5. ATTENDANCE- 1st Period TARDIES • All tardy students must report to Mr. Bowie in the gym lobby when tardy for 1st Period. • Students will not be allowed to enter class unless they have a signed admit from Mr. Bowie or an administrator who will then assign the consequence.

  6. ALL OTHER TARDIES • If a student enters my classroom after the tardy bell sounds with no excuse from a faculty or staff of Tioga High School, a tardy will be given.

Students have 5 days upon returning to school to make-up the work. If the work is not made up, the student will receive an F.
