  2. tigersharksswimming The Team! • Having a team culture is by far the most important aspect of a successful program. • Getting the swimmers to practice is the key…we’ll make them work hard once they are there! • In a team culture, swimmers will gain self confidence, a sense of belonging, friends, people they can trust and an arena in which they can gain success. We intend to create this culture for your child.

Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday Season 1 2.40-3.20pm Season 2 None Season 3 2.40-3.20pm Swim Meets All Season 1 and Season 3 swim meets Citi Invitational November 21st and 22nd

  16. tigersharks swimming International Swim Meet Schedule November 2010 6th and 7th: All Nations Cup, SINGAPORE December 2008 6th and 7th: Patana Feeding Frenzy Bangkok THAILAND May 2010 7th and 8th: Hong Kong Island Stingrays Swim Meet All Nations Cup – outdoor, 50m pool; very strong competition; if considering going parents will need to do own airline/hotel bookings

Gold Coast Swim Camp – April 2011 • A chance to focus on swimming and build fitness, technique, knowledge, team spirit • Venue – Sports Super Centre, Gold Coast, Australia • Dates – April 1st till April 10th, 2011 • Open to any swimmer who makes a BB Standard time for their Age • Estimated Cost: • Airfares – 35000NT • Camp – 25000NT • Attractions – 6000NT – Sea World; Movie World; Wet and Wild • Shopping - ????? • Transportation – 2000NT • TOTAL = 70000NT approx

  18. tigersharksswimming Hong Kong Island Stingrays - Hong Kong May 2010 • High percentage of participation • Development of ‘Team’ over the year • Promote the positive experience of competing • Culmination of a year of hard work • As coaches we would like to see Swimmers target this meet as one of their BIG goals this season.

  19. SUMMER SWIM CAMPS • This is a great opportunity for your swimmer to meet and develop new friendships; see prospective universities; enhance swimming technique and knowledge • Camps are all over the United States and generally last for 2weeks.
