Strategy /CPAR - Decentralization /JILDP - Regional development - Women in Business/BAS - Civil societyorganistions: HR/DEMO - A general gender training programme, complementaryto CIB (central and localadministr)

  9. Support to • Sustainable Infrastructure – focus on energy efficiency • Examples: • Establishment of an Energy Efficiency Agency • SME involvment in energyefficiency • Capacity support to the energy regulator ANRE

  10. Support to Market Development • Examples: - Tax reform - Tradestatistics - Improving business climate - Capacitystrengtheningrelatedto DCFTA negotiations - SME competivtiveness
