Introduction • This notes are a succinct and schematic depiction of the key ideas and input coming out of the Strategic Definitions Workshop, last May at BOD Spring 2015 meeting • Its purpose was to update some of the key strategic inputs to any business plan: Vision, Mission, Values and Strategic Objective • These Notes were used as input to the WITSA 2016 Business Plan • Participants in the workshop were: • Lead moderator: Mr. Santiago Gutierrez, Chairman of the Board • Mr. Bob Lawrence, WITSA Chairman Emeritus • PLEASE INCLUDE HERE THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS
