  4. What Makes a Successful Project?: Marketing 80% of survey respondents wished they had a stronger marketing presence.

  5. What Makes a Successful Project?: Staff 100% of the projects were able to hire new staff, but most wished that they could hire more.

  6. What Makes a Successful Project?: Money Crowdfunding: one of the most simplistic forms of Crowdsourcing but also the least utilized.

  7. What Makes a Successful Project? Don’t forget that projects must be unique and fun for the user. If they don’t see a reason to help with the project, then they won’t.
