The need for Singapore to stay on guard and take the countermeasures seriously to protect ourselves.

We must be:

  • well-prepared to deal with any crisis

  • be strong & stand united

This is also a test to see how “ready” we are to deal with such crisis.

  • On 8 January 2006 Sunday

  • At 5 exercise locations namely:

  • Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station

  • Toa Payoh MRT Station

  • Raffles Place MRT Station

  • Marina Bay MRT Station

  • Toa Payoh Bus Interchange

  • About 3 hours

    from 6.25 am to 9.30 am

To get Singapore ready is very important because right now terrorists are quite rampant in other countries. So it's better to have such a drill to get Singapore ready in times of crisis.
