  2. 1. Les Vêtements en Afrique You and your friend visit French-speaking West Africa. It is a beautiful city. It is hotter than most American cities. There are no air conditioners at your hotel, so you decide to dress as a typical American teenager. You wear a pink tank top and jean shorts with your Nike sneakers. As you leave the hotel and tour the city you notice that you are getting puzzling and mean looks from the Moroccan men. You wonder why they are looking at you so strangely.
