Scope • Community perspective and recommendation to ESA, EC and other national and international stakeholders • Support e.g. input to SSA/FP and FP8 planning in the near/mid term • SWWT “ownership” • Address landscape beyond fixed term SSA/PP studies • Address timescales beyond currently confirmed programmes e.g. ~SSA+10 years, FP8 & beyond • Account for user groups and stakeholders expected to emerge beyond coming period • (SSA based on snapshot of the customer/user landscape 2010)
