  8. Points of Note… • Audits are detailed, with illustrative graphics. All electrical equipment is itemized, and its usage is listed. Stated electrical savings are guaranteed and insured. • Our team has performed four Performance Contracts, from planning to M&V • Our lighting program can install new lighting, perform retrofits, and also treat the distribution system. Systems run cooler, and last longer. No action is required by staff. Our equipment does all the work! • We purchase natural gas in Ohio, Michigan, New York, and Pennsylvania. We also purchase electricity in NY. • Our building modeling software allows us to profile actual usage, target usage, & projected usage with ECMs
