  2. 發生概要 • 分隊於98/1/30 05:22接獲報案，於該地點發生火警 • 現場為2樓建築物，於2F有人員受困。且該名受困者自行跳樓逃生致傷，由92後送 • 於灌救後，順利將火勢撲滅

  9. 檢討 • 起火層為第一層，該層堆放木箱、紙箱等雜物燃燒迅速且紙箱堆積頗多，階為深層燃燒，撲滅困難。 • 下湖地區水源分散，又現場堆放大量易燃物品，故水源係搶救過程的關鍵因素。 • 當時發生71車下滑的驚險事件，請各駕駛人車輛停放務必拉起手剎車
