Men’s & Women’s Division 1 Championship Division 1 Club Rugby National Championship • Men: 14 league games (concurrent Elite Cup Competition) • Women: 8-10 League games • Men’s Division 1 Conferences • 8 teams home/away • CR conferences that have 6 teams • Paired with a corresponding CR for 2/3 home and 2/3 away games (14-16 games) • Need approval of National Competitions and CSC

Men’s & Women’s Division 1 Championship Division 1 Club Rugby National Championship • Men’s Division 1 Conferences (cont.) • In the case of a lack of Div. 1 men’s clubs • D1 club champion would play into the national championships by playing the runner up club from the defending League champions CR. (NCR2 Men currently in that position) • Top finishers advances to the league finals • Conference champions meet for national championship

USA Rugby 7s Regional ChampionshipPostponed Men’s 7s • Use current IRB Circuit Competition model • Competitive Regions organize a 7s Circuit • Minimum of 6 competitive clubs • Minimum of 4 designated circuit championship events • Top 4 teams will compete at respective League Championship (16 teams) event

Last ranked team (men) can be challenged by top ranked D2 for promotion/relegation B-side championship will be offered if clubs wish

Conference winners will advance to the Thunderbird Division 2 League finals. There will be a b-side championship offered to willing clubs. There will be automatic relegation.
