  • 15% Homework - 3 group assignments

  • 35% Final exam

  • 15% Class participation

    • in class QOTD (Questions of the Day)

  • night exams

    • October 9, 6:30-8pm

    • November 16 6:30-8pm

    • review before exams, cancel some lectures

Format for homeworks

  • Work in groups of 3 or 4

    • students choose who they will work with

  • Given : a problem (society or organizational)

    • one week to complete

  • 2 page write-up including answers to :

    • what are your decisions and conclusions?

    • what are the implications of your decisions?

    • how did you make this decision?

    • what logic, steps procedures did you use?

    • what difficulties were encountered?

  • For homework, groups will finalized sometime during week 3

  • All 3 homeworks will have a written portion of the assignment (1-2 pages)

  • Your group will have a choice of 2 of 3 lessons in which to do a short oral part (1-2 minutes).
