  2. Highlights of my house • My house is located on 1795 Whitney Ave, in Hamden CT. • There are 5 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms. • I like the staircase & the poolthat’s in the backyard. I like how the front yard is big.

  3. Down payment calculations • The Percentage I’m putting down will be 10%. • My down payment will be $79,900. • I got this answer by multiplying the actual cost of my house by the percentage I’m putting down (10%).

  4. Mortgage • My mortgage will be $719,100 I got this answer by subtracting the originalcost of my house (799,000) by my down payment (79,900) which gave me this answer.

  5. Taxes Per year • I will be paying$15,909each yearfor my taxes. • This answer was given with my property information.

  6. Monthly Mortgage/taxes Payment • Monthly Mortgage: $3,860 I got this answer by using the bank of americamortgage calculator. • Interest Rate: 5% • Loan Term: 30 years • Monthly Taxes: $24,896.84 I got this answer by multiplying the mill rate (31.6) by the actual cost of my house ( 799,000) .
