So what is IYRE? • A European (ERDF) funded project to help small , medium enterprises to reduce carbon emissions. • Free, in-depth, independent, bespoke advice on how to: • save money, • reduce environmental impact • become more competitive • Brokerage service • Grant support (where eligible)

  3. What does IYRE involve? • Initial Meeting • Baseline – Utilities and financial • Scoping project - 12 hrs and/or grant • Report /Referral /Quotation • Implementation • Return 1 year on to assess impact
