  1. How to Organize a Mobile Bidding Silent Auction A mobile bidding silent auction is an effective way to raise funds. Bidders compete to win their preferred items within a specific time frame after organizers declare the winners, receive payment, and make arrangements for shipping and delivery. There are two ways that bidding is conducted at a silent auction. The first is through bidding sheets that are placed in front of each item on display. These sheets have 10 to 15 rows and bidders, after inspecting the items write their bids on each row. No auctioneer is calling out bids and hence this type of auction is known as a silent auction. At the end of the scheduled period, the bidding sheets are checked and the winners declared.
